Open Academy at Frantzen et al

Open Academy students of University of Applied Sciences of Amsterdam and students of TU Delft together with Thijs Asselbergs were guided by Tom Frantzen trough PATCH22 and Top-Up. The students learned about technical and architectural, flexible and adaptable interventions, how to interpret building regulations and combining being an architect and a developer.
